M J Church have gained many years of experience at crushing and screening in quarries, on site and at our own central recycling centres crushing both primary and recycled products.

We operate a range of modern, mobile crushers including jaw and impact, which are complemented by an extensive range of screening equipment enabling us to produce different grades of material depending on the customer’s requirements. 

All of our crushers and screens are mobile for fast and efficient movement on site and are available for contract work or direct hire, long or short term.

Our in-house fitters maintain the equipment to the highest standard and using our own transport we are able to deliver and collect all of our equipment as and when required.

The following equipment is available:

Apollo Jaw Crusher

- Typically used as a primary crusher.

Marte Impact Crusher

- Typically used as a final stage crusher producing a well graded material with a higher proportion of fines and less flaky material.

Rubble Master RM80 Impact Crusher

- Typically used as a smaller final phase crusher to producing a well graded          material with a higher proportion of fines and less flaky material.

Warrior Powerscreen

- Typically used for heavy screening applications with up to 3 products split.

Commander Powerscreen

- Typically used as a single deck screen.

Chieftain Powerscreen

- Typically used as a triple split screen to produce single sized material.
